Business Unit Controller Department Controlling EMEA
What you can change — your duties
Contact person for all BU-plants, defines guidelines and requests for the financial reporting and supports the plant controllers for all BU related topics
Back office function to support the BU Management with standard financial reports, analysis and presentations (monthly closing process)
Analysis of material cost and price fluctuations, evaluate deviations and prepare documentation for claims
Analysis of sales prices and fluctuations
System maintenance for exististing Power BI applications, identify potentials and development new applications
Coordination of monthly closing, forecast and budget process
R&D and Tooling Controlling in close cooperation with Central Controlling functions in connection with monthly closing, forecast and budget
Evaluation and tracking of action plans, cost reduction programs and business cases in cooperation with the management team and other stakeholder within JSS
Special analysis and projects for the Business Unit depending on actual requirements.
Impress us – your qualifications
University degree
Business experience minimum 3 years; Work experience in production industry (preferred automotive)
Expert knowledge of controlling methods and tools
Advanced experience in Excel and SAP is mandatory. Knowledge of AS400 and business intelligence is an advantage
Fluent in English (additional language skills is an advantage)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, teamwork oriented in cross functional and cross national teams
Ability to work under pressure with high accuracy and reliability; Capability to prioritize the tasks.
