What you can change — your duties
Your Activities:
- Implementation, maintaining and controlling the performance of all application projects in EMEA
- Fostering the development of a standardized reporting of the project management system
- Supporting data analysis, visualization and reporting project status on EMEA level
- Development, standardization and programming tools for project management, analysis and reporting
- Assistance in creating monthly reports, maintenance of project plans and scope lists
- Developing concepts and providing advice to the project management team in order to enhance PMO tool landscape
- Continuous improvement of existing processes and tools
- Automation of data collection, data consolidation and data transformation processes
- Driving cross-functional discussions with functional and technical teams
- Cooperation with Engineering, Project management, Finance, Purchasing, HR and operational departments
- Ensuring that requested support and dedicated specialist knowledge are given to JSS plants in EMEA
Impress us – your qualifications
Your Prerequisites:
- Successfully completed university degree in economics, engineering, computer science, finance, or mathematics
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, in particular pivot tables, pivot charts and power Query
- Professional experience with BI tools, e.g. Power BI, QlikView, Tableau
- Knowledge of VBA or any other programming language
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Business fluent German and English language skills in written and spoken
- Willingness to perform and result-oriented method of working as well as interdisciplinary thinking
