Manager Testing Accreditation and Process Optimization (all genders) EMEA Testing & Laboratories
Was Sie bewegen können — Ihre Aufgaben.
- Management and coordination of the Implementation and Maintaining of EMEA Testing accreditations like DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 in Joyson Safety Systems EMEA
- Coordination, performance and/or support of Internal and External Audits for DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 and other related audits if applicable
- Coordination of necessary alignments and updates of the processes of the Joyson Safety Systems Management System due to changes of standards (DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025). This includes the maintenance of the BIC system (Focus in testing processes)
- Communication and knowledge transfer within the Region EMEA regarding changes in DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 reference manuals etc., relevant customer (special) requirements
Damit überzeugen Sie uns — Ihre Qualifikation.
- Academic degree in automotive engineering or similar fields
- Several years experiences in test management
- Several years of functional leadership experience desirable
- Very good understanding of modern test technologies, process optimization methods
- Deep practical knowledge in applied test methods and tools
- Knowledge of DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018-03
- Knowledge of process optimization methods
- Fluent English and German language skills written and spoken
- Self-initiative, flexibility and professional resilience
- Teamplayer with excellent communication skills and intercultural competence
- Professional IT skills, in particular MS Excel, Power Point, JIRA & BIC knowledge
