Senior Manager Performance Monitoring Supplier Quality (all genders)
What you can change — your duties
- Responsible for generating, reporting and controlling all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a plant, regional and global level
- Part of the Global Supplier Quality Management Leadership team
- Will develop and maintain a Dashboard of all main Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Will work with each one of the regions as well as other stakeholders in an effort to automate reports
- Work closely with corporate quality team to assure internal and external audits are executed and followed up on adequately
- Development of training plans for teams to support necessary core skills and ensures execution of the plan for all Supplier Quality employees across the world
- This position is responsible for managing functionaly one or more subordinates and participate on the coordination and evaluation of these individuals
Impress us – your qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Must have strong analytical skills, with a preference for engineering or business (finance or accounting) background.
- Must have Reporting and Controlling experience
- Must be able to travel up to 40% of the time
- Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
- Proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments
- Proficiency with database, business intelligence system, and Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet development and analysis.
- Position can be based at any location of JSS
- Frequent global business travel required
