Industrial Engineer - Global Industrial Engineering Department

Industrial Engineers use skills in project management and mathematics to improve the efficiency, productivity and quality.
Evaluate current manufacturing practices and identify those needing improvement.
Manage production schedules and coordinate services to maximize efficiency.
Enforce quality control to reduce waste.
Evaluate employees’ tasks and responsibilities, identifying procedures or tools to improve safety and productivity.
What you can change — your duties
Monitor operations toward improving productivity and efficiency
Design efficient production processes and workflows
Ensure that processes are designed to meet quality standards
Review production schedules, processes, and specifications
Evaluate data to implement technological improvements in production processes
Implement controls to monitor costs, reduce wastes, and minimize production issues
Design facility layout and personnel requirements
Help to develop instruction manuals for production personnel
Ensure that work processes are safe and addresses safety issues and concerns
Generate process documentation and reports.
Impress us – your qualifications
University degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (manufacturing or mechanical engineering)
Work experience in a manufacturing environment – 8 years
Experienced in line capacity & volume management process
Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Data analytics skills
Project management skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Organizational, planning, and documentation skills.
