What you can change — your duties

Create and maintain process definitions and rules within Purchasing department;

Supports an efficient structure of collaboration within their workstream area in their region to standardize the global organization, global processes and global IT and to maintain their continuous improvement;

Provides support as a service to the business changing and heading towards fulfilling the company vision (e.g. digitization, Industry 4.0). Guides its project workstream team members to work the defined work packages from the project plan into quality, time and budget;

Collaborates with GPO, RPOs and PPOs in their Center of Excellence and takes charge of the coordination and alignment effort of the sites’ Idea/Innovation and Change Management Processes in their region;

Participates in and drives initiatives and improves change processes to assess the impact on Enterprise Configuration while aligning with Line Business objectives;

Monitors the progress of Change orders for his area of responsibility and drivers decisions on Change requests in their area of responsibility;

Collaborates with the Global Change Manager to run the Design Changes / Design Change Organization in a structured way;

Is responsible for Quality Assurance of implemented changes and related documentation in their region;

Coordinates and manages its team in accordance with the Head of Purchasing EMEA Excellence.

Impress us – your qualifications

University degree (Technical or Economical profile);

Relevant experience in Purchasing, Project Management and SAP/Systems (ERP);

Knowledge of standardized global organizations, global process templates and usage of ERP-system;

Knowledge of company structures and change processes in the company;

Good English skills in words and writing are mandatory, German would be advantageous;

High willingness to perform and result orientation as well as interdisciplinary thinking;

Pro-active attitude and able to work in an intercultural environment;

Leadership competencies : the ability to plan, to organize, to make decisions, ability to work under pressure;

Social competence : teamwork, good communication skills, a good networking and corporate acceptance.
