IT Specialist - IT Procurement IT EMEA Department (Job location in Arad / Timisoara / Sibiu)
What you can change — your duties
— On-time and cost-effective handling of all operational IT purchasing processes
— Independent orders in the field of hardware and software according to previously negotiated purchasing conditions
— Consulting of decentralized locations and departments in the field of hardware and software or corresponding product research
— Execution of data analyses (cost, quantity and profitability analyses)
— Maintenance of asset/license management
— Creation and management of documents for the internal approval process.
Impress us – your qualifications
— University degree
— Specific commercial training, e.g. as an IT clerk
— Professional experience in IT support
— Experience in asset/license management desirable
— Good process understanding
— Knowledge of common client / server hardware or software
— Very good knowledge of MS Office
— Fluent in English and German
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork oriented, strong problem-solving abilities.
