What you can change — your duties

— Collaborate with international stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
— Lead a cross-functional project team, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and coordination. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and monitor progress to achieve project goals
— Oversee the implementation, configuration, and testing of the TMS. Ensure integration with existing systems and infrastructure, addressing any technical challenges or compatibility issues
— Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of the TMS
— Implement quality control measures to ensure the TMS meets performance, security, and reliability standards. Conduct regular testing, troubleshooting, and debugging activities to identify and resolve issues
— Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. Monitor project progress proactively address challenges, and escalate issues to senior management when necessary
— Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant documentation. Prepare regular progress reports and present updates to stakeholders and management.

Impress us – your qualifications

— University degree
— Experience (5 years) in managing and implementing software/ supply chain projects
— Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
— Fluent in English
— Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
— Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
— Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
