Analyst Supply Chain Management Logistics EMEA

What you can change — your duties

— Member of the EMEA Transport Management System implementation/ roll-out team
— Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data, including transports data, transportation costs, inventory levels and supplier performance metrics
— Develop and maintain supply chain reports, dashboards, and performance indicators to monitor key metrics and identify trends and areas for improvement
— Conduct cost analysis together with controlling (budget vs. actual cost ratios)
— Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis to support the development of new supply chain strategies, initiatives, and best practices
— Continuous improvement of the supply chain processes, methods and metrics
— Facilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
— Evaluate logistics service provider performance and drive supplier development initiatives
— Monitor supplier compliance with contractual agreements, quality standards, and delivery requirements
— Collaborate with supply chain and procurement team to identify potential alternative suppliers, prepare freight tender, and support supplier selection processes.

Impress us – your qualifications

— University degree
— Experience (3 years) as a supply chain analyst or in a similar analytical role within the supply chain domain
— Knowledge of lean methodologies and continuous improvement principles is a plus
— Fluent in English
— Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
— Excellent problem-solving and strong communication skills
— Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
— Willingness to travel.
