Senior Manager Validation (all genders)
What you can change — your duties
- Responsibility for dedicated Validation Cost Center(s), control and track Validation cost centers including planning and development of validation organization
- Provide oversight and validation expertise during the development of new product and new technologies
- Prepare, analyze and report validation KPIs
- Provide the relevant support for regulatory audits, submissions and other auditor requests
- Coordinate all validation tasks within the validation groups to ensure best coverage and where necessary best prioritization of tasks
- Effectively monitor and communicate the validation processes and projects execution plan to other departments and ensure embedding and harmonization of the validation process in / with regional, product group specific BIC processes

- Several years’ experience in Validation or in automotive industry development, quality or testing
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong technical knowledge and systems thinking
- Strong coordination and presentation skills
- Ability to identify and respond to complex problems
