What you can change — your duties
— Gather and analyze system requirements from stakeholders and develop detailed requirements specifications;
— Create and maintain requirements documentation and ensure that are aligned with project goals and objectives;
— Conduct requirements reviews with cross-functional teams and ensure all requirements are traceable and verifiable;
— Identify and mitigate risks related to system requirements;
— Manage changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle;
— Provide support for system testing and validation;
— Participate in project planning and scheduling;
— Develop and maintain requirements management processes and communicate requirements to all relevant stakeholders;
— Monitor and report on requirements status and progress;
— Support the development of system architecture and design;
— Close interdisciplinary collaboration, as a team member of our global projects;
— Support the development and application teams not only in the EMEA region, but also in North America and Asia.
Impress us – your qualifications
— Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or similar;
— 3+ years of experience in systems engineering or requirements management;
— Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills within a multi-cultural team;
— Strong organizational and time management skills by managing multiple tasks and priorities;
— Fluent English, further language skills are an advantage;
— Willingness to travel.
