Team Leader Measurement & Calibration, Dummy Technology (all genders) – EMEA Testing, Restraint Systems
What you can change — your duties
Disziplinarische und fachliche Verantwortung für den Fachbereich Measurement & Dummy Technology Berlin
Durchführung, Planung und Überwachung der notwendigen Mitarbeiterqualifikation
Sicherstellung der Qualität und Plausibilität der Mess- und Kalibrierdaten
Umsetzung und Einhaltung der gültigen relevanten Normen und internen Standards inkl. ISO 17025
Optimierung der Verfügbarkeit und Einsatzfähigkeit der Mess- und Dummytechnik
Mitarbeit bei der Versuchs- und Ressourcenplanung und der Invest- und Budgetplanung
Material- und Ersatzteilbeschaffung
Teilnahme an IATF 16949 und ISO 17025 -Audits
Mitarbeit im Normenausschuss NA 052-00-36-03 AK (Crashmesstechnik)
Kommunikation mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
Organisation der Betreuung von Auszubildenden und Praktikanten
Impress us – your qualifications
Erfolgreiche Technikerausbildung (Mechatronik, Elektronik oder Elektrotechnik)
Erfahrungen in der Kfz-Technik inklusive Hochvoltsystemen
Erfahrungen im Umgang mit messtechnischen Komponenten und deren Kalibrierung
Erfahrungen im Bereich Dummytechnik
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Umfangreiche PC-Kenntnisse
Eigeninitiative und Kommunikationsstärke, sowie Teamfähigkeit und hohe Leistungsbereitschaft
