What you can change — your duties
— Generate and maintain the System Architecture and System Design, under consideration of the valid process standards (e.g. A-SPICE);
— Strong collaboration with the teams of Hardware, Software and Mechanics, as well as Test & Validation;
— Support the definition of development process flows and methods, and integrate the interfaces to the Functional Safety and Cyber Security process flows;
— Plan the System Design’s work products and monitor its maturity;
— Contribution to analysis and root-causing of product issues and claimed parts;
— Analyze customer requirements and derive the respective product requirements;
— Being the project team’s contact for items about the System Design und the product’s system behavior;
— Close interdisciplinary collaboration, as a team member of our global projects;
— Support the development and application teams not only in the EMEA region, but also in North America and Asia
Impress us – your qualifications
— Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or similar;
— 3+ years of experience in systems engineering, with focus on AUTOSAR;
— Strong analytical skills, ability to work in cross-functional teams;
— Experience with system design, integration, and validation;
— Knowledge and experience in the areas:
- C/C++ / AUTOSAR / Project work based on the process model A-SPICE
- Sensors, actors, embedded software for automotive applications
- Model based system engineering using SysML/UML
- Tools: DOORS, Enterprise Architect, JIRA, SVN,HIL, SIL, MIL, and diagnostic tools
- VECTOR Tools: CANoe, CANape, ODXStudio, V-Flash
— Knowledge how to incorporate the requirements of the functional safety and cyber security work products in the System Engineering activities, in consideration of the respective standards (ISO 21434, ISO 26262);
— Fluent English and German, further language skills are an advantage
