What you can change — your duties
- Process owner of the EMEA Rolling Forecast and Annual Operations Planning (AOP) processes
- Coordination and training for data allocation and BOM maintenance during the AOP planning cycle
- Management reporting on budgets, sales development and forecast performance
- Analysis, visualization and interpretation of mid‑ and long‑term customer and market behavior to derive actions
- Leadership of monthly Business Unit Alignment Meetings, presenting customer behavior, potential bottlenecks and cross‑plant impacts
- Development and implementation of the JSS-EMEA‑wide S&OP planning process as Project Lead
- Key User responsibility for S&OP tools on EMEA level
- Contribution to the design and implementation of streamlined digital processes and system landscapes for mid‑ and long‑term planning
- Leadership of the EMEA Advanced Planning team
- Interface management between Plant SCM, Sales, Purchasing and Controlling across all S&OP‑related topics
- Continuous review and improvement of logistics and planning processes, including the development of logistics business cases (concept design and cost analysis)
Impress us – your qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- Several years of experience in supply chain planning within the automotive industry, with strong expertise in S&OP tools , SAP and ideally SAP IBP
- Proven multi‑project management skills and experience guiding cross‑functional and cross‑regional teams and stakeholders
- Strong leadership qualities, high sense of responsibility, assertiveness and a structured, hands‑on, results‑oriented working style
- Excellent communication and management skills, business‑fluent English; German is an advantage
- Willingness to travel regularly
