Was Sie bewegen können — Ihre Aufgaben.
Drive sustainable innovation in product development at Joyson Safety Systems globally in accordance with our sustainability vision and targets
Shape the foundation of product sustainability by, among others, improving global policies and procedures as well as organization to fulfill product-related sustainability requirements including but not limited to Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) and Product Carbon Footprints (PCF) according to international standards such as ISO 14040/44, GHG protocol, and Catena X Rulebook
Coordinate the research and qualification of new and innovative materials in line with Joyson Safety Systems’ sustainability targets across different product lines / business units
Manage the identification, review and reporting of PFAS
Be the primary contact person at Joyson Safety Systems for product sustainability and new materials and represent this role in Joyson Safety Systems’ Global Sustainability Committee
Raise awareness for product sustainability within the organization and manage interactions with business partners on product sustainability topics
Damit überzeugen Sie uns — Ihre Qualifikation.
Successfully completed university degree (M.Sc.) with a relevant automotive focus
Several years of professional experience in the automotive industry in product development and material research, preferably with a focus on product sustainability
Knowledge about product sustainability requirements, processes and organization in the automotive sector
Fluent in English, proficiency in other languages, such as German, is a plus
Strong organization and communication skills
High motivation, self-organization and result-orientation as well as interdisciplinary thinking
