What you can change — your duties
• Identifizierung und Bewertung von Prozessen mit Optimierungspotential
• Dokumentation, Koordinierung und Controlling von Optimierungsprogrammen
• Monitoring und Coaching des Continious Improvement Gedanken als fester Bestandteil der Organisationskultur
• Anwendung von Lean Tools, 6S, Gemba, Kaizen, Visual Managements etc.
• Messen und Visualisieren von KPIs zur Zielverfolgung und -steuerung
• Durchführung von und Unterstützung bei Problemlösungsprozessen
• Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Einführung effizienter Produktionsprozesse und neuer Produktionstechnologien
Impress us – your qualifications
• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Kenntnisse der Lean- / Kaizen-Methoden / Value Stream Mapping / Six Sigma
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
• Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
• Teamfähigkeit
• Kommunikationsstärke
• Erweiterte Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel und Power Point
• Bereitschaft zur ständigen Weiterqualifizierung
