PLTP Supplier Scheduling Specialist / SAP Rollout Team Member - SAP Business Competence Center
What you can change — your duties
— Ensure to keep the JSS Enterprise SAP S/4 Configuration (Mindset, Organization, Processes, Technology, Information) in a defined standard with a minimum localization adaption in supplier scheduling area across EMEA region
— Works with plant implementation team to create plant assessment, ensuring that plant processes are covered with existing SAP functionality – highlights deviations and where SAP prerequisites are not met
— Collects plant specific activities not included in the SAP Global Template and coordinates the development of plant specific processes/align plant processes to SAP Global template
— Prepare the implementation framework for plant supplier scheduling deployment team members
— Monitor the progress of SAP Change orders related to supplier scheduling and offers support in the decision making process for Change requests
— Closely collaborates with the Plant implementation team, Rollout Team, Quality Assurance team, Global organization and other deployment teams, act as ambassador for standardized structures in One JSS
— Active part of the Planning Center Of Excellence meetings and change management meetings
— Responsible to define out, validate and maintain a quality-assured documentation of their process area in the SolMan (incl. EnableNow) that allows the industrialized Rollout with multiple projects in parallel.
Impress us – your qualifications
— University degree
— Knowledge of supplier scheduling processes in the manufacturing or automotive industry
— Good knowledge of company structures and working methods
— System knowledge of Microsoft Office
— SAP knowledge or process experience above all supplier scheduling processes in the automotive industry
— Fluent in English (spoken & written)
— Positive mindset, empathic with constructive and structured way of thinking but also hands-on personality
— Ability to analyze, improve and implement processes especially in SAP
— Good cross-functional collaboration and business mindset
— Willingness to travel within EMEA, especially during implementation project.
