Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f)
What you can change — your duties
We are a global leader in design, development and manufacturing of safety-critical systems and components for automotive and non-automotive markets. For our location in Sibiu, we are recruiting a Quality Assurance Engineer.
As QA Engineer you will be part of a talented team that is dedicated to keeping people safe.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the homologation of new projects, applying the necessary tools for advanced product quality planning;
- Assess the possible risks from the manufacturing process that may generate non-compliant products and manage corrective actions;
- Identify improvements to maintain the production process in line with product and process capability requirements;
- Work closely with the client in order to clarify / solve quality problems that occur in the assigned projects.
Impress us – your qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering field (textile, mechanical engineer etc.);
- Relevant experience in a similar position: min. 2 years (automotive sector);
- Good understanding of quality standards (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3);
- Solid knowledge of Core Tools, Problem Solving;
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken);
- German language can be an advantage;
- Ability to work independently and also with multiple teams;
- Analytical thinking and time management skills.
